My foundation in design comes from a life of constant adaptation—growing up across 3 different states in India taught me to embrace diverse perspectives and tackle new challenges head-on. Today, as a UX Manager at Fidelity International, I channel that adaptability into leading design for the Workplace Investment product ecosystem, balancing complex business goals with deep user advocacy.
With over 13 years of experience spanning FinTech, Retail,
E-commerce and Healthcare, I specialise in the entire product lifecycle—from hands-on user research and data analysis to high-level UX strategy. I thrive in collaborative spaces where

It doesn't matter whether you're the president, manager, homeless or average kid on the street. Treat others with respect as you would yourself because ultimately we're all human sharing the same wants and needs and facing our own battles everyday. Stay true to yourself and stay true to others.

Humans are constant works in progress that need to receive feedback in order to grow. I am always looking at ways to challenge and improve myself, which is why in my spare time I like to participate in hackathons, read blogs, dabble in new projects and attend meetups.
