TUMI is a New Jersey-based manufacturer of luxury suitcases and travel products. It is the Rolex of luxury travel gear.

The Problem

The current TUMI website delivers a fragmented digital experience and is not optimized for mobile, limiting usability and accessibility.

The challenge is to reimagine the end-to-end digital product experience across desktop and mobile, with a focus on creating a seamless, user-centric mobile design.
